You are considering a 2006, 41 foot, Fleetwood Revolution LE, Luxury Edition Class A Motorcoach with electric motorcycle lift.. This awesome coach has many optional features including double opposing slides in the living area and a single slide in the master bedroom. The living area is huge when opened. The entire port and starboard walls push out. Two plush white leather couches match the drivers seat and electric reclining passenger seat both of which spin around and complete the living room when stationary. Both couches open up into double beds. Very comfy. There is a dinette with two booths which also opens up into a twin bed. Beautiful real cherry cabinetry throughout. Tons of in coach storage!There are two bathrooms! No kidding! There is a huge bathroom for the master bedroom across the rear of the coach with glass enclosed shower, skylight, washing machine/Dryer, detergent free laundry system, cedar closets, vanity, safe and a black Tecma electronic macerating toilet (very high end toilet). This might be the only motorhome in the US with a built in, sanitizing, detergent- free laundry system. Works great and keeps you from having to wash clothes in bacteria infested washers in RV parks. Also great if you have skin allergies. You can even wash and dry your clothes while you are driving down the road.The guest bathroom has a traditional toilet and vanity and is in the middle of the coach so your guests have their own bathroom.Full Electronics package including DVD, Panasonic Home Theater system, CD player, XM radio, Digital antenna converter, 32 inch JVC LED TV in Living room and 27 Panasonic flat panel in bedroom. Speakers throughout. Plenty big. Sliding pantry's on both sides. Beautiful cabinets.Powertrain is a six speed automatic Allison Transmission powered by a 400HP Caterpillar 6 Cyl Diesel Pusher with side mounted radiator. Many coaches today are coming out with 335 HP engines that get better gas mileage but lack the power. The engine is 40 feet away from the cab so unless the windows are open, you won't feel or hear the engine. Very quiet ride. Solid Spartan chassis. We do the oil change every 6,00 miles (10,000 recommended) We are nutty about maintenance. We have bumper to bumper maintenance insurance to take care of whatever issues arise.There is an overdrive button that shuts down two cylinders saving you 20% gas mileage on the highway. We have gotten as much as 9.33 mpg! You can adjust your gears by push button for climbing those big mountains, or slow down using the exhaust brake going down them so you don't wear out the air brakes.The cab is ultra luxurious. It's like driving down the road in your Lazy Boy. Very comfortable for long trips especially if you have a bad back. There is an air dump to release air out of the suspension, adjustable pedals, electric sun visors, heated electric mirrors, There is a Onan 7500 Watt diesel generator putting out 30 amps. Rear view camera with full audio. Full cruise control and wiper controls are right on the steering wheel so you can set your highway speed and kick back adjusting easily if needed with one finger. Comes with a movable cocktail table and snack table for when your partner goes back to the galley and makes you a sandwich while driving. The passenger side has an air controlled sliding floor closing off the entryway and giving the rider a floor under their feet (very important).Beautiful custom window treatments throughout plus day and black out blinds on every window. Privacy curtain to close off the front and door.Central heating Gas/Electric, Gas/Electric hot water, Two roof a/c units. 3 rain sensor ceiling vent fans and ceiling fan in bedroom over the best bed I have ever slept on in my life.Outside we have 4, double, full slide basement storage trays, on both sides. with pass through. Awesome storage all well lit. Six brand new tires 295 X 85 X 22.5. ($6,000) Chrome rims, electric steps with lights, 6 new batteries for the coach and two for the engine. Automatic inverters, 25 foot power cord with Steady Power Surge protector system. Electric 22 foot canopy and manual canopy for dinette and door.Fully automatic hydraulic leveling system. Just push a button and it does its thing. 4 new hydraulic lift hoses.Utilities cabinet has outdoor shower, super large holding tanks for potable water, grey and black waste. and 25 foot of sewer hose. Janitrol tank cleaning system keeps your grey and black water tank clean and odor free. Even a soap dispenser and paper towel holder to clean up after dumping. Easily drain tanks in winter by the flip of a lever (no crawling under the rig to pull out plugs!)Roof ladder and access, white anti skid, reflective and like new. Previous owner used to go to NASCAR events and put lawn chairs on the roof. Solid and no leaks. Black Vinyl Bra on the front. Exterior and interior in beautiful shape. Extremely well cared for. We have had it professionally detailed several times and carpets professionally cared for twice per year by Chemdry. No bumps or bruises. A couple scratches easily fixed.There is a $5000 dollar 1,000 lb Cruiserlift electric Harley lift for the back complete with extension and Blue OX for towed Vehicle. We have driven more than 8,000 miles with the bike and car on the back with zero issues. All cables and connectors for blue ox. There is an HD triple receiver welded to the coach frame to support the rack. Air suspension automatically adjusts for the added weight.
